Limited Warranty

This is a LIMITED warranty. It is offered by GoDeals4U on every product we sell, and it runs for one year from the delivery date shown on your order.

What is covered

If the product stops working because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we replace it. That covers the unit itself and any part that came in the box with it — the cable, the charger, the amplifier, the brush head, the mounting hardware.

What is not covered

  • Rechargeable battery capacity. A lithium battery holds less charge the more it is used and the hotter it gets. Shorter run time after months of use is normal wear, not a defect, and it is not covered. A battery that will not charge at all is a defect, and it is.
  • Damage from dropping, crushing, fire, or liquid where the product is not rated for it.
  • Normal cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, fading.
  • Consumable parts that are meant to be replaced with use, such as filters and coin cells.
  • Products taken apart, modified, or repaired by anyone other than us.

What we do, and who pays

We send you a replacement unit. We pay the shipping both ways — there is no restocking fee and no charge for the return label. If the product is discontinued, we replace it with the closest equivalent we carry, or refund what you paid, whichever you prefer.

We do not repair products. Replacement is the only remedy under this warranty.

How to make a claim

  1. Email help@godeals4u.com with your order number and a short description of what the product is doing.
  2. Attach a photo or a short video showing the problem. This is how we tell a defect from damage, and it is usually the whole process.
  3. We answer within two business days. If the claim is approved, we email you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement.

You do not need the original packaging, and you do not need a receipt beyond the order number.

The 30-day return window is separate

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason at all, including changing your mind. That is a return policy, not a warranty, and the two do not replace each other. The warranty starts where the return window ends.

Legal

Any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from delivery. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.
